Coach's Comments
Great attitude and a pleasure to work with at camp. Maxim brings energy to every session and a passion for the game that is easy to see. His knowledge of the game and work ethic stand out. His communication on the court stands out as well. As a 2026 grad, he still has time to develop physically and grow in his skill.
Get physically stronger - As a younger player, you will continue to get stronger. This is important to help you finish around the rim and not get knocked off your line when driving to the basket, which will help your ball handling as well.
Thinking the game better - In addition to getting stronger, continue to grow in your understanding of the game. I think you have a decent understanding right now, but I would continue to watch more basketball to develop in your basketball knowledge.
Mistake response - I noticed when you make a mistake or something doesn't happen perfectly on the court, your shoulders slouch a little bit. Working on a next-play mentality is key. You never want to harp on a play too long.
