Coach's Comments
Great attitude and a pleasure to work with at camp. Azha brings energy to every session. Her knowledge of the game and work ethic stand out. Her awareness on the court and technical skills help her create opportunities for teammates. As a 2024 grad, she still has time to develop physically and has the potential to become and elite player. She has a bright volleyball career ahead of her.
Work on building your lower body strength. - Strength is going to help you handle challenges and gain a better position. The college game is much more physical, so this will be an important asset for you.
Work on communicating more and louder. - Communicating is a huge part of playing volleyball and it also lessens the opportunity for confusion on the court. As a pin/ potential 6 rotation hitter you have to have continous communication with everyone on the court at all times.
Work on staying high and snapping. - When staying high it is easier to swing over the block and when snapping on the ball it allows your ball to have some pace and land inside the court which makes your ball difficult to dig.
