Coach's Comments |
Allison was a great personality to have on the court. She is very versatile with being both a setter and a hitter. This will give her more opportunities in the future. She is open to receiving feedback and is very coachable. |
Work on serve receive passing - Being a setter that can pass serve receive and during a game will make you more 'attractive' to coaches who are looking for setters. You will be even more versatile and open more doors for your future.. |
Work on overall athleticism on the court - Being a volleyball player means being an athlete, it is important to be in good volleyball shape, meaning, being able to move around the court fast and having a high endurance. |
Be louder and have more communication on the court - Being louder on the court is something you can change without any additional practice. It makes you stand out more as a player to coaches. |
