Coach's Comments |
Lillian can certainly play at the collegiate level. She signed up for Opposite and Middle positions, but found out that she is a left handed setter for her high school team. A very versatile player. Would love to see her focus on one position to really develop. Great student too... |
Setting - Work on technical and tactical aspects of setting. |
Vision - Necessity for advanced level setter. Also important for hitting, and especially blocking from the right-side (as a hitter or setter). |
Leadership - Senior now... be assertive, vocal and a leader! |
