Coach's Comments
Penelope was a pleasure to work with & has a real passion for the game. She was very engaged in our training sessions & was consistency looking for feedback to improve. She is a strong centerback & is a good leader
Increase Composure - Dont be so rushed to get the ball of your foot. After winning tackles look to connect a simple positive pass instead of resorting to the long ball
Agility & explosiveness - I think you can work on your short explosive bursts. This can help you get to 50./50 balls quicker or close down space. I think you can work on your ability to change direction quickly
Continue to develop technical ability - I think if you just continue to go through basic reps of technical work you will feel more natural and confident on the ball especially if you have to find yourself on the dribble
