improve on passing - look to scan the field for passing options before receiving the ball in order to have more options to play when you receive the ball therefore making you a more efficient passer
Speed of thought - Speed of thought comes from being able to see options before you receive the ball. therefore making it easy to make decisions. Work on scanning the field before you receive the ball. Especially as a midfielder
improve strength by working in the gym - college is a very physical game. Working on improving strength will ensure you are durable and able to handle the physicality
