Coach's Comments
Eli had a fantastic attitude and was a great player to work with. He was a tough defender, and did well in 1v1 situations, in the air, and in covering for his teammates. He reads the game well and makes good decisions when defending. Eli also did a good job in possession and was able to successfully help our team build from the back and attack. Eli is a tall, imposing defender and I am confident that he will have a successful college career ahead of him!
Passing - Work on your range of passing from the back. Develop the ability to drive the ball and play an accurate, long pass.
Communication - As a center back, communication is critical. Continue to talk to your teammates and be a loud presence on the field to guide the other players.
Strength - You have the height, now work on adding strength to your frame. This will make you a very difficult player to be and a great asset to your team.
