Maxim has a great attitude and is very coachable . It was pleasure to once again work with Max at camp. Max brings energy to every session. His knowledge of the game and work ethic stood out. His awareness on the court and technical skills helped him for creating opportunities for his teammates. Max commitment and dedication for improving is paying off he's developing physically and has the potential to become and elite player. He has a bright basketball career ahead of him. |
Work on building your lower body strength - Strength is going to help you handle challenges and gain better position. The college game is much more physical, so this will be an important asset for you. Since your last evacuation you have improved so keep lifting weights. |
Work on your defensive awareness - Defensive skills involve numerous abilities, and learning how to join these skills is key for your progress as a defensive player. Continue to keep in mind when working on your defensive game to stay in the defensive stance, communicate with your teammates ,watch out for fouls, stay balanced, be unrelenting ,challenge yourself and watch the opposing team. |
Work on your resistance to stress - Being a part of a gritty basketball team is stressful. To help enlarge a stress-busting attitude: Grow to be an optimist, listen to your self-talk, ask better questions as you reflect, use daily positive affirmations, set positive, realistic goals, practice positive visualizations and have fun laugh longer and more often. |
