Coach's Comments
Sofia has a great attitude and was a pleasure to work with at camp. Watching her compete was inspiring. She stayed engaged and interacted with her team while lifting them up. She is very coachable and will do anything to help her team compete to be the best. This is definitely the type of athlete coaches love having on their team.
Work on passing - Increasing her reps on serve receive can improve your passing. Work on footwork and platform reps and creating angles. This will help make you more efficient.
Reading the game and improving your volleyball IQ - Being able to read the game will help slow it down tremendously and create better opportunities for success.
Work on strength training. - With the college game more physical, building strength will help you adjust to that physicality better.
