APPAREL / EQUIPMENT: Wear soccer appropriate attire (for the outdoor weather) including shirts/shorts/layers, cleats, shin guards, socks, your own ball (with your name on it), water bottle (no cups provided this year!). GKs should bring gloves, etc. EXACT will provide you with a numbered scrimmage pinnie to wear over your shirt (example).

FOOD: Athletes are responsible for providing their own lunch. You will have a 60 minute lunch break to rest and recover (you are allowed to leave site, and staff often depart over lunch). Please bring any snacks (bars, fruit, etc) that will help support you during the day. Some facilities may not have water fountains available for use due to CDC, so please bring your own water bottle(s). A concession stand may or may not be available at some locations.

RECRUITING/MENTAL TRAINING: As part of your tuition, EXACT provides recruiting education and mental training online. Your access expires 8-weeks after camp ends. Click to view your online program:

GAMEPLAY VIDEO: EXACT captures video of gameplay during camp. This video will be accessible to EXACT’s entire network of NCAA & NAIA college coaches, including those shown on the camp event page. Athletes attending one-day camps gain access after camp (emailed to you) at no additional cost ($100 fee waived).

• CHECK-IN: Player-only, on outdoor field:
• 8:00am - 8:20am: Check-In and camp welcome w/ college coach
• 8:30am - 8:45am: Campers... go introduce yourself to a coach using the e-pitch!
• 9:00am-9:20am: **Optional** Parent Meeting w/ Camp Director (Players go to field)
• 9:00am-10:00am: Technical Training Warmup 1
• 10:00am - 12:00pm: 11v11 Game Play (digitally filmed)
• 12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch Break (players can leave site)
• 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm: Recruiting Breakout Session
• 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm: Technical Training Warmup 2
• 2:45 pm - 4:30 pm: 11v11 Game Play (digitally filmed)
