You can cancel your registration at any time, whether your trip is paid in full or not.
If your trip is paid in full at the time of cancellation, you may receive a partial refund based on the NQA refund schedule below. See the NQA refund policy for details.
If your trip is not paid in full at the time of cancellation, you will cancel without a refund and EXACT will waive the remaining balance as a courtesy.
Please note that flights are non-refundable. No credit or refund will be issued for cancelled flights.
If you have to cancel or plans change for any reason, please keep in mind the timeline below:
12+ weeks before departure: 50% refund
8 - 12 weeks before departure: 25% refund
Less than 8 weeks before departure: 0% refund
Please note: Sponsor contributions toward your trip are non-refundable.
