Improve weak foot. - Going to a pitch with a teammate and knocking balls longer range over and over will help develop the skills you need to have confidence in using your weaker foot. |
Diving forward. - That 45 degree set position when going into a dive is vital in cutting angles but covering more of the goal when being explosive. |
Higher starting position. - Being higher off, your line, will give your back line that extra layer of defense that I will need in the modern game. |
