What to bring:

APPAREL / EQUIPMENT: Wear soccer appropriate attire (for the weather) including shirts/shorts/layers, cleats, shin guards, socks, your own ball (with your name on it), water bottle (no cups provided this year!), and face masks (see below). GKs should bring gloves, etc. EXACT will provide you with a numbered scrimmage pinnie to wear over your shirt (example).

FACE MASKS: Please bring 3 masks which will be worn any time you are not playing (camp check-in, resting on sidelines, bathroom breaks, arrival/departure from camp, etc). The mask is only optional during on-field activity. It is mandatory at all other times. Please review our COVID-19 Safety page for additional details.

SPECTATOR DISTANCING: As part of our COVID-19 Safety Plan, no spectators are allowed within 15 yards of sidelines. All Spectators are required to wear masks while on facility grounds and maintain social distancing. We understand that this is a inconvenience, and we appreciate your cooperation with the guidelines that have allowed us to get back on the field.

FOOD: Athletes are responsible for providing their own lunch. You will have a 90 minute lunch break to rest and recover. Please bring any snacks (bars, fruit, etc) that will help support you during the day. While there will be water available, due to CDC guidelines we will not have sharable cups, so please bring your own water bottle.

SUN PROTECTION: Athletes are encouraged to bring a hat, bring your own sunscreen, AND bring an umbrella for shade! Congregating under 'tents' will not be allowed.

RECRUITING PANEL/MENTAL TRAINING: EXACT will be providing recruiting education and mental training online throughout the fall camp season. Athletes and parents will be able to access this material at your convenience.
