Coach's Comments
It was awesome getting to work with Jacqueline this week she worked extremely hard and had a wonderful attitude. Her work rate and effort was always 100% every time she stepped on the field. I think that she has a good future ahead of her if she keeps working and improving her game. I will be very interested to see how she progresses as time goes on because the has tremendous potential.
vertical leap - This will help you for winning balls in the air and if you are not going to jump make sure that you are getting good body position.
fitness - Make sure you are staying fit and working on your game so that way you can play a full game and not have to ask for a sub this was you can always be on the field to help your team.
Defensive awareness - Make sure that you know when to step the player when she is receiving the ball do not let her get the ball easy and be able to turn.
